Silver Springs is a community of homes on 1 Acre Lots. The homes range in size from approximately 2400 square feet to 4800 square feet. Silver Springs is located in Sacramento County and not within the city boundaries of Elk Grove. However most people who live in Silver Springs do consider themselves residents of Elk Grove because it is just outside the city boundary and is part of Elk Grove School District. Silver Springs is built to the North and the South of a nature preserve area along Laguna Creek. The entire community is located North of Calvine Rd, West of Excelsior Rd, East of Vineyard Rd, and South of Gerber Rd. There is a walking/bike trail along the creek and some very nice nature to enjoy close to home. The majority of the homes in this community have significant interior upgrades, swimming pools, plush landscaping, some have basketball courts and even a few with tennis courts.
