I am writing to give feedback regarding the service I received from my agents Tom Lichtenberg and Jana Reyes, who handled the sale of my property in Elk Grove. 

I could not have been happier with my experience.  Both Tom and Jana were extremely knowledgeable and professional.  Tom marketed my home as well as anyone could have done in this very difficult market for sellers.  He called me weekly and talked with me about sales strategy and recent events on the Elk Grove real estate scene.  He continually offered his expertise, always promptly returned my phone calls and was in constant communication with me by e-mail.  He followed up with every agent who showed my property.  After I received and accepted an offer, Jana handled every detail of the closing.  She coordinated with the escrow officers at 2 different title companies to make sure that my sale and new home purchase closed within 24 hours of each other.  Jana also handled the delicate situation of a class-action lawsuit against the builder of my home which I was a party to and which other realtors I interviewed were afraid to get involved with.  She made herself available to open my home for inspections and repairs while I was at work and unable to be present.  Jana also had excellent communication with me by both phone and e-mail, and she kept me apprised every step of the way.

In short, I would give Tom and Jana my highest recommendation.  Hiring them was one of the best decisions I have ever made. --Linda Morrison
